Job Title: FOH/BOH Team Members
Location: 10037 109 St NW Edmonton, AB
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Available Positions: Line-cook, Prep cook / Server / Busser
Key Responsibilities: (FOH)
Fluent English Speaker
At least one year of hospitality experience
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and seating guests
Present menus, take and process orders, and serve food and beverages
Process payments accurately
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Collaborate with BOH staff to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Pro server certificate (server & bartender only)
Key Responsibilities:(BOH)
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment and work areas
Assist with food prep and inventory management
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Support the kitchen team to ensure timely and high-quality food delivery
Qualifications:
Strength to lift heavy items such as pots, containers etc.
Previous experience in a kitchen environment. Preferred but not required
Knowledge of food safety practices
Ability to work efficiently, cooperatively & individually, in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
