Job Description
JioMart, a part of Reliance Retail is in search of a dynamic and passionate performers for Business Strategy role to join our Marketplace team and help us continue our tradition of unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive overall Org level strategy - 'Work under the guidance of Strategy Heads to define overall org level strategy.
2. Partner on Department level strategy - Depending on the subject matter expertise, partner on respective department level strategy and lay out end to end mid to long term strategy. Also partner with function to track and monitor implementation of strategy.
3. Drive data backed performance and insights - Provide neutral data backed insights on overall plan and performance.
4. Drive org critical initiatives centrally - Coordinate for new projects driven centrally for initiation in JioMart and finally transition to respective department team.
5. Ensure org is ahead of market and competitive trends - Keep tab on new trends in the market and competition and share insights on takeaways should JioMart.
Functional / Behavioural Competencies
1. Supply Chain expert with Consulting or Planning background / Marketing expert with Consulting or FMCG background / FMCG or Retail Business Manager or brand manager
2. Team Work, Communication, Stakeholder management, ability to work in ambiguous environment, ownership, dive deep and analytics, high on patience, ability to raise the bar
