Job Description
Join MediaMonks as a System Administrator you'll be in charge of maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting technical aspects of our several applications used in the company. Be the key player in ensuring system hygiene, supporting technical tasks, and driving continuous improvement within the organization.
Responsibilities
• In a short-medium term the main tasks would be the correct implementation of Jira solutions: Manage the overall solution, including data lake, dashboards, reports, and design technical processes to support timesheet adherence.
• Overall System Hygiene: Ensure the overall system hygiene by managing data integrity, security, and system cleanliness.
• Troubleshooting & Bug Fixing: Identify and resolve issues through troubleshooting and bug fixing to ensure smooth operation of our time tracking solutions
• Solution Build & Updates: Lead the development and implementation of solutions, including building new features and updating existing ones.
• Support Jira Admin/Associate: Collaborate with Jira Admin and Associate on technical tasks, providing expertise and assistance as needed.
After implementing Jira, you'll have to manage and maintain several systems such as Google Workspace, GCP, Slack, Onelogin, Keeper and other Atlassian tools.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in maintenance, monitoring, and optimization of solutions in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Experience in solution building, updates, and maintenance of dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of system hygiene practices to maintain data integrity and security.
• Ability to support Jira Admin and other systems, and associate them on technical tasks to enhance system performance.
