The Opportunity
• Has architected and deployed a Jira solution from the ground up for E2E development.
• Customer input through product release.
• Capability of providing feedback and recommendation on best practices for workflow and configuration customizations.
• Experience in understanding Jira trade-offs. Configuration vs. platform performance
• Recommending solutions in areas where Jira doesn’t meet requirements.
• Solutions to connecting the Jira data to tools such as PowerBI without impacting platform performance.
• Administration experience with Jira Software, JSM, Jira Cloud.
• Experience with plugins including Structure, Github, Jenkins, Zephyr
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability during PST mornings.
• Familiarity with Windows and UNIX
