Job Title: JIRA Cloud Administrator/Developer Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-Site)
Job Description:
JIRA Cloud Administrator/Developer responsible for end-to-end software delivery from inception to production on both green- and brown-field projects.
Configure, customize and administer the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.), including designing custom workflows, fields, screens, dashboards and role-based access.
Plan, schedule and execute Jira and plug-in upgrades, migrate data between PROD and TEST environments and ensure a secure, stable and optimized platform.
Design, develop and maintain custom Jira plugins, add-ons and standalone Java applications; integrate Jira with other tools (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) and cloud message APIs/push notifications.
Perform application deployments, troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues, compile and analyze bug reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
Provide training and support to end-users and mentor team members.
Environment includes Unix/Linux, relational databases (SQL) and code/release management tools.
