Technical Skills:

• Proficient in administration tools such as JIRA Core, Jira Service Desk, Jira Agile, Confluence, Crowd, BitBucket, Bamboo, Jenkins, ANT, and Maven

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Atlassian SaaS.

• Experience with databases such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Postgres

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Groovy, Python, Shell, etc.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Certification in Atlassian products is a plus
