Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Print Designer to join our design team. You will be responsible for creating unique prints, patterns, and surface designs that align with Jisora’s brand aesthetics. If you are passionate about fashion, color theory, and textile design, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Design & Development: Create original prints, patterns, and surface designs for seasonal collections across categories like loungewear, co-ord sets, and western wear.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on current fashion and textile trends, colors, and patterns to keep designs fresh and relevant.
• Concept Creation: Develop mood boards, color palettes, and design concepts based on seasonal inspirations and market research.
• Artwork Preparation: Prepare production-ready artworks, ensuring precision in design, repeat patterns, and color accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product designers, merchandisers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution from design to production.
• Quality Control: Review and refine fabric samples to maintain high design and production standards.
Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in print design (preferably in womenswear or fashion brands).
• Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar design tools.
• Design Expertise: Strong understanding of color theory, pattern development, and textile printing techniques.
• Creativity & Vision: Ability to translate fashion trends into commercially appealing designs.
• Attention to Detail: Strong eye for design precision, print placements, and quality assurance.
• Team Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented approach to working across various departments.
