Ltd. is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join its dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets. Ensure that all data entries are correct and consistent with source documents. Document Preparation: Gather, collate, and prepare documents for data entry. This includes conducting research to fill in gaps in incomplete documents. Quality Control: Review all data entries for accuracy and completeness. Identify and correct any discrepancies or errors in the data. Reporting: Generate reports and summaries from databases as required by project teams. Assist in creating visual representations of data for presentations. Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records of documents. Monitor office supplies and assist with other administrative tasks as needed. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of data-related tasks. Communicate effectively regarding project updates and any issues encountered. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred. Experience: Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is advantageous, ideally within a research or consultancy environment. Skills: Proficiency in data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
