At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Android Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview:
As a Master Android Developer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting cutting-edge mobile applications that enhance user experiences and drive business value. Your expertise in native Android development using Kotlin will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Define technical and architectural solutions together with your team and the client.
Bring innovative solutions to technical or business challenges.
Work with the team to ensure the execution of best practices in Agile Software Engineering and DevSecOps.
Manage the project roadmap, including architectural activities, system dependencies, risks, and technical debts.
Ensure that all functional and non-functional requirements are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must-have Skills:
Expertise in designing and defending architectural solutions.
Native mobile development (Android) using Kotlin.
Proficiency in Cloud Computing platforms.
Strong understanding of Agile Software Engineering best practices.
Advanced English proficiency (B2+).
Nice-to-have Skills:
Knowledge of architectural patterns such as MVP and MVVM.
Familiarity with Swift/Flutter languages.
Experience with Azure Cloud Platform.
Understanding of Kubernetes.
CI/CD practices: Blue Green Deployment, Canary Release, Infrastructure as Code, and key metrics.
Experience in automation for web and native mobile testing.
