Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Website Development Intern to assist with enhancing the functionality and user experience of our platform. You will work on developing and optimizing our website on Substack, helping to ensure it meets the needs of our growing audience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and optimize the Enlightos website on Substack.
• Ensure the website is responsive and optimized for various devices.
• Assist with implementing SEO strategies to improve website visibility and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website functionality and performance issues.
• Work on website updates, including layout improvements and content integration.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure a seamless user experience.

Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (experience with Substack is a plus).
• Understanding of SEO principles and best practices for website performance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
