Experience: 3-5year in relevant Field
Main Responsibilities:
1. Creation of Material Master Data, Document Information Records, and Change Masters in SAP
• Portion of Duties: 25%
• Ensure accurate and timely creation and maintenance of material master data, document records, and change masters using SAP.
2. Design of Safety Valves Manufactured According to Customer Orders
• Portion of Duties: 25%
• Develop designs for safety valves tailored to specific customer orders, ensuring adherence to required specifications.
3. Compliance with Specifications and Regulations
• Portion of Duties: 25%
• Ensure that technical solutions, quality standards, costs, and schedules comply with specific specifications and international regulations.
4. Preparation of Construction Documents
• Portion of Duties: 10%
• Prepare detailed construction documents in compliance with the necessary specifications and standards.
5. Clarification of Procurability and Manufacturability
• Portion of Duties: 10%
• Assess and clarify the procurability and manufacturability of valves to ensure feasibility and efficiency in production.
6. Initiating Necessary Calculations and Documentation
• Portion of Duties: 5%
• Perform and initiate all required calculations and associated documentation to support the design and manufacturing process.
7. Supervision and Control of Technical Draftsman Activities
• Portion of Duties: 5%
• Oversee and control the creation of 3D models and construction drawings by technical draftsmen to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
Profile Requirements:
· Education: Graduation in Mechanical Engineering.
· Professional Requirements:
• Knowledge of material and pressure equipment guidelines.
• SAP, Engineering BOM, Variant Configurator,
• Product Data Management,
• Valve Design, ASME code awareness,
• Proficiency in SAP, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Relevant professional experience.
• Analytical and result-oriented working style.
• Effective communication skills and an independent working style.
• Initiative, assertiveness, and ability to work in a team.
· Additional Skills:
• Proficiency in English (Read-Write-Speak).
