About The Role

As a Senior Business Development Manager , you will lead the growth of our Elite Vertical by building and nurturing a strong network of Business Associates (BAs) and their field agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train mentor Business Associates and Agents (commission-based).

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through regular tracking field monitoring.

• Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRP) and maintain the Sales Management System.

• Enhance agent engagement through Career Progression Programs .

• Drive adoption of digital tools (CRM, Agent Portal, etc.) for customer management cross-selling.

Who Were Looking For

Minimum 5 years experience in Agency Channel Life Insurance

Graduate in any stream

Strong leadership communication skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with proven sales drive

Stable career track record with strong local market knowledge

Confident, mature capable of building high-performing teams
