Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Hotel Manager located in Hyderabad. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or similar role

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts

Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office

Knowledge of hotel safety and security procedures

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field

Additional certification in Hotel Management is a plus
