Materials Management
Stores Management:
Deft in managing, planning and maintaining large inventories amp; stores.
Preparation of M.R.P (Material Requirement Planning - Using Sales Forecast)
International Logistics-Exports.
Inventory Management and control strategies.
Monitoring Material age analysis free stock, surplus stock amp; Over stock.
Coordination between Marketing amp; Production Planning for Material availability.
Integrated Cost Reduction Approach and case studies.
Periodic Review of Slow- and non-Moving items and arrange for salvage / disposal
To maintain and develop material accounting, Material Classification, Physical
verification amp; material Storage.
To ensure FIFO system of issue, Receipt amp; Storing , 5S, kanban system in ERP.
Preparation of MRN and timely forwarding to concerned department,
Maintaining perpetual Inventory control.
MIS amp; General Administration
Record keeping of all stores items, Costs, Monthly consumption amp Reconcile.
Participating in computerization of the entire store for proper record keeping amp;
Inventory management.
Maintaining MIS/ Records pertaining to logistics amp; Inventory consumption.
Management of the store, taking care of order receiving, execution and purchase
order approval.
To establish an efficient system of Making B O M Release Purchase Order,
Bill Passing and the Overall purchase administration function.
Daily Departmental review meeting of purchase, Stores and Dispatch.

System Implementation: Maintaining all records of stores amp; Purchase as per ISO
+001:2008 Quality Management System. Conducting periodic audits of the stores
