Job Title – Sr. Finance Executive (India Accounts)
Experience – 3+ Years
Shift Timings – 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM IST
Location – Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Sr Finance Executive Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all income and expense related accounting, MIS and analysis Manage vendor management and payments to vendors; vendor agreements and performance Review and monitor all tax related matters. Coordinate with Audit consultants for various taxation matters relating to compliances of Audit (Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Transfer pricing Audit) Handle statutory, tax and internal audits as per the audit schedule. Manage all audit queries and making course correction where required. Assist group companies with their audits as well Manage closing of accounts as per the schedule Manage regulatory and other compliances and ensuring that all statutes and laws and adhered to without exception Prepare and review the monthly MIS to be presented to the management Compare budget on a monthly basis with the actual expenses and analyze the reasons for the variance, if any. Management and reporting of working capital and funds status on a periodic basis Prepare and review financial statements prepared on periodic basis Manage payroll for all employees of the Company and some group companies (if required) Managing all insurance related matters for the Company as well as subsidiary companies Hire, train and manage a team of skilled F&A executives Assist the Director in all other matters and activities related to finance and accounting, as required from time to time
Sr Finance Executive Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or Master degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. 5 years of experience in a senior financial position. A good understanding of financial management obligations, especially statutory obligations and requirements. Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent report-writing and communication skills. Proficiency in financial planning software such as Microsoft Excel, Zoho and Quickbooks. The ability to work independently.
