• Position: P3 Sales Leader (Industrial Flooring Solutions)
• Location: Bangalore
• Team Growth: Hire 10 salespeople with the help of HR agencies and lead them to drive sales in the industrial
flooring market. The leader must focus on recruiting, training, and retaining a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and motivate 10 new sales team members, ensuring they stay engaged and
perform consistently.
• Sales Generation: Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies
and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Retention & Motivation: Continuously motivate and develop the team to ensure long-term retention and
consistent sales output, using tools and performance tracking systems.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 6-10 years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the industrial or B2B service
sector, with a track record of building and managing a successful sales team.
• Skills: Strong expertise in team leadership, sales strategy, CRM usage, performance tracking, and motivating teams to meet ambitious sales goals.
• Focus: Ability to train and develop new team members while driving consistent sales growth through hands-on
leadership and accountability mechanisms.
