Reconciliation/: Help with the daily reconciliation of different accounts, transactions, and suspense accounts, finding and fixing inconsistencies as soon as possible. KYC Verification/: To ensure complete regulatory compliance, thoroughly verify Know Your Customer KYC and Anti/-Money Laundering AML documents for both new and current accounts. System Operations/: Manage and resolve problems with payment gateways, fundamental banking programs, and particular banking software. Correspondence/: Manage internal and external correspondence pertaining to transaction clarifications, document requests, and account status.
