The Opportunity: MitKat is looking to hire JOC Associate for its Global IT MNC Client. This position will be an embedded position and will be on MitKat payroll and the job location will be Pune. Lady candidates are preferred for the said role.
JOC Associate (Incident Handler)
Role: - The primary responsibility of the JOC Associate (IH) will be to supervise and manage operate
all control room operations within the Client’s JOC (Joint Operation Centre) in a professional &
efficient manner and to ensure integrity, accuracy & confidentiality of all information gained by
compliance with quality standards & legislation, and in accordance with the company’s system
and procedures.
The individual: -
• Would be expected to have an overall understanding of Control Room operations and
orientation to fix minor faults on the system and will work in three shifts of 8 hours (Six days a
week) each.
