OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
HHI specialises in providing complete Bathroom Refurbishments, due to business expansion we are looking for a qualified labourer to join our team in carrying out various construction and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual labour and be proficient in using a variety of tools and equipment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely perform various manual tasks, including on occasion the removal of wall tiles and flooring to prepare the room adequately
Installation of wall coverings (PVC, Composite Tiles etc), Flooring (SPC/LVT) and Ceilings (PVC).
Installation of shower doors, shower screens and bath screens. Some of which may be two-man lifts.
Operate power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
Support the construction and repair of kitchen components as needed.
Provide aftersales support when required.
Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Ensure a clean and well-organized workspace.
Effectively manage time to meet project deadlines while upholding high standards of workmanship.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in the bathroom installation industry ideal.
Skilled in joinery, with proven expertise in bathroom installation.
Strong attention to detail and precision, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship in all tasks.
Proficient in the use of hand and power tools specific to labour and joinery, such as saws, drills, and Kango hammers.
Ability to interpret scaled bathroom plans and survey sheets accurately.
Physically fit with strong stamina and manual dexterity.
Strong awareness of health and safety practices.
Must hold a clean UK driving license.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

All duties and tasks are undertaken and performed in an efficient, accurate manner resulting in excellent service provision.
Customer retention and feedback.
Feedback from colleagues/customers.
