We are seeking a skilled Joiner to join our team in crafting and installing wooden structures and fittings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in masonry, joinery, and carpentry.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble wooden structures such as doors, window frames, staircases, and furniture
- Install wooden fittings including skirting boards, door frames, and cupboards
- Conduct repairs on existing wooden structures
- Work on various projects involving electrical work, roofing, painting, and heavy lifting
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks
Experience
- Proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter
- Proficiency in masonry, joinery techniques, and carpentry skills
- Ability to work with precision and attention to detail
- Competence in using a variety of hand tools and power tools for woodworking tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £14.50-£17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 43 per week
