Education al Trusts for at least 20 years of which at least 5 years should be in leadership position. Persons who have worked in large multi-campus Higher
Education al Institutions as Registrar or equivalent for a minimum period of 5 years, and have discharged HR related responsibilities, will have an added advantage. Candidate should be familiar with rules and regulations governing HR matters in
Education al Institutions and have hands-on experience of recruitment, career progression, appraisal process, etc.
Qualification:
Post Graduate with MBA (Full Time) in HR having experience in similar position for period not less than 20 years
Knowledge of SAP/Oracle-HCM is highly desirable.
Candidates who have worked in
Education al Institutes are preferred.
Job Description:
Responsible for overall supervision and guidance of SVKM Management for all HR functions relating to the manpower working in SVKM.
Manpower planning and development, recruitment, promotion, etc.
Performance appraisal, developing rules, regulations, bye-laws and policies covering various aspects of personnel management.
Development & support of HRMS (Human Recourse Management System).
Disciplinary proceeding, legal matters pertaining to staff, union matters, etc.
Advising Management to develop appropriate HR policies and guidelines.
Achieve proper coordination with the Heads & HR related functionaries of the institutions of SVKM.
Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
