• Responsibility:
• Identify and define opportunities through employee journeys with the objective of improving our employee experience, their effectiveness whilst reducing toil and friction
• Lead journeys from the idea to fruition, walking with cross functional stakeholders. to reimagine, breakdown barriers and challenge status quo through appropriate digitization, process reengineering, and process changes
• understand our business processes comma policies comma and tools of about business landscape
• Empathize with our employees, evaluate change impact, resistance and risks thereafter implementing suitable change management strategies to address them.
• Constructive feedback loop with employees. To continuously optimise and improve the employees' journeys
• Apply the 4D (Discover, Define, Design. Deliver) metrology in agile approach
• Develop and track work plans to achieve the journey outcomes.
Requirements
• Minimum Graduate with minimum 2 -3 years experience as Business RM or T&O Process Knowledge.
• Purpose driven with strong passion to deliver real outcomes and impact in a challenging and dynamic environment.
• Desire to improve and transform the IBG works.
• Ability to think strategically and handle end to end execution.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Meticulous and able to handle pressure in a time critical environment.
Experience with corporate banking and digital innovation in a credit project is preferred but not necessary
