100% Plumbing is a franchise home services company based out of Phoenix, Arizona. We have over a decade of experience in the industry, and are opening shop in Portland, Oregon for the first time. Our location owners in Portland are a family-run operation who value honesty and treating people with dignity. We’re looking for someone who would like to join our team on the ground floor and help us expand throughout the Northwest.
Plumber Job description
MUST HAVE A PLUMBING ROC. We are looking to partner with a qualifying party to offer plumbing services at our services company with a Master Plumbers License OR a Journeyman Plumbers License with qualifying experience and skills. Please note this position is for field work.
Responsibilities:
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings
• Assemble and install pipes, fittings, valves, and fixtures based on job requirements
• Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and functionality of plumbing systems
• Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely solutions
Experience:
• Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role
• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to use power tools and other equipment relevant to the trade
• Experience in remodeling projects is a plus
Requirements:
• Journeyman plumber license OR Master plumber license
Skills:
• Proficient in various plumbing techniques, including soldering, welding, and pipe threading
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and other team members
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
