Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing services, maintenance, and installation, ensuring safety and quality in all work performed. This position involves traveling to various job sites throughout the Austin metro area and collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional plumbing solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for commercial and educational properties.

• Conduct service calls and respond to client inquiries regarding plumbing issues.

• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.

• Inspect plumbing systems and diagnose issues for timely resolution.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

• Travel to various job sites and perform work as needed, ensuring a professional demeanor at all times.

• Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman's License in plumbing.

• 4+ Years' experience working as a plumber in service and maintenance.

• Experience working on commercial projects such as office buildings, car washes, restaurants, etc.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and components.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.

• Certification as a Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester (BPAT) is preferred but not required.

• Strong commitment to safety protocols and practices.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to travel to worksites daily throughout the Austin Metro area.
