We’re currently looking for a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our team—someone with experience in boilers, air-to-water heat pumps, geothermal heating systems, and a good understanding of low voltage control wiring.

What You’ll Do:

Install and maintain plumbing and mechanical systems, including boilers, air-to-water heat pumps, and geothermal heating systems

Run and terminate low voltage control wiring for HVAC and hydronic systems

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents

Collaborate with contractors, designers, and other trades to deliver high-quality work

Troubleshoot and service advanced plumbing and control systems

Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, safety standards, and company expectations

What You Bring:

Valid Journeyman Plumber license/certification

4+ years of residential experience in plumbing and mechanical systems (custom home experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of hydronic systems including air-to-water heat pumps and geothermal

Good understanding of low voltage control wiring and HVAC control systems

Ability to interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics

Solid communication skills and attention to detail

Clean driving record
