Kaizen Painting is a small, locally owned painting company that is performing exceptionally well, with a strong base of loyal clients built through efficiency, professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine pride in our work. We are seeking an experienced journeyman / journeywoman level painter for full-time commercial and residential work.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a high level of craftsmanship, professionalism, and reliability. This role requires the ability to work independently while representing the company professionally with clients and contractors.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 10 years of professional painting experience
Journeyman / journeywoman level painting skill set
Experience in commercial and residential painting
Strong knowledge of surface preparation, application, and finishing techniques
High standard of fine detail work
Proficient with spray application
Physically fit and dependable
Must supply own hand tools
Must have a well-maintained, reliable vehicle for regular transportation
Comfortable communicating and working directly with clients and contractors
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
References required
