Job Description
Experience with wood framing, leveling floors, stand walls, hang doors
Experience with concrete forming, placing and finishing
Ability to read and comprehend construction drawings and documents
Experience operating mobile equipment (forklifts, bobcats, man lifts)
Proficient in basic math and measurement skills
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing, to perform essential duties with minimum supervision, develop and cultivate productive relationships and work well with others and in a group
Must be physically fit to meet the demands of the job
Solid attendance, punctual and possesses a strong work ethic
Must be able to work out of town
Available to work longer days if required
Qualifications:
5+ years of carpentry experience
Journeyman/Journeywoman Carpenter certification
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
Ability to accurately measure and cut materials to precise specifications
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects
Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
Available to travel occasionally where projects dictate
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
