Job Summary
• As a Global Corporate Banking Analyst, you will support corporate bankers in client activities, including marketing, execution, and ongoing relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist bankers with preparing marketing material and pitch books for clients across banking products.
• Maintain deal pipeline & client monitoring.
• Assist in KYC onboarding and ongoing internal regulatory compliance requirements.
• Prepare applicable internal approval documents and transaction documentation.
• Manage client relationships and deal execution.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and product partners on regular basis.
• Build skills sets and knowledge to transition into a banker role over time with direct client management responsibility.
Requirements
• Post-graduation/ Chartered Accountant / MBA from a reputed institute.
• Understanding of corporate balance sheets and banking products.
• Ability to multi-task and work with various stakeholders.
• Client management skills and issue resolution.
• Ability to work independently as well as be a team player. Strong presentation & communication skills.
• Previous work experience of minimum of 3 years for Analyst position and 4 years for Associate position, preferably in Corporate Banking or related client facing functions/roles.
About the Role
This position is based in Mumbai and primarily serves India headquartered corporate clients. You will communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders on deal pitch and execution.
