Specific Responsibilities :
- Corporate Action process - Mandatory and Voluntary corporate action, Proxy Meetings and Instructions.
- Class Action Filling - Domestic , Antitrust and Global Litigations
- Proxy Services - Voting Ballots, Meeting Set up
- Staff development through strong engagement and Training Need Analysis
- Ensure team work culture is practiced
