Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Shift: UK Shift (Day shift, Rotational shifts)
Working Days: 5 days a week, with 2 rotational offs
Working Hours: Any + hours within a day
Location: Malad

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- HSC fresher or experienced candidates are welcome.
- Ability to adapt to rotational shifts.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about delivering top-notch customer service.
