Position Summary:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities and expanding our client base. You’ll engage with prospective clients, evaluate their needs, and connect them with the appropriate next step in the sales process. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role ideal for motivated individuals looking to build a career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Lead Outreach: Contact assigned leads each day via outbound calls to initiate conversations and introduce our services.
Qualify & Transfer Prospects: Assess the interest level, financial readiness, and suitability of each prospect before transferring qualified leads to the next phase of the sales cycle.
Pipeline Management: Build, organize, and maintain your personal pipeline of potential clients while nurturing long-term relationships to support recurring business.
Performance Targets: Make a minimum of 200 outbound calls per day, while meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
Reporting & Documentation: Submit accurate daily sales activity reports, tracking calls, lead progress, pipeline updates, and additional relevant metrics.

Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required — training is provided
Earning Potential:
We offer a highly competitive uncapped commission structure.
First-year performers can realistically earn $150,000+
With no commission caps, your income is driven directly by your performance and determination
