Radon India Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in financial records. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with a year or two of experience in accounting who is eager to learn and grow in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and preparing reports.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
Support the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents.
Assist with tax calculations, GST filings, and compliance with financial regulations.
Collaborate with senior accountants and auditors for financial audits.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Maintain confidentiality and data security in financial transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Busy, )
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with taxation and GST filing.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
Internship experience in an accounting or finance role.
