• Provide assistance in developing construction drawing set which includes, plans, elevations, sections, details.
• Ensures the effective and timely delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement and deliver demonstrable high quality products and services which embrace quality standards.
• Education and Background
• This position requires a bachelor’s degree in architecture, and / or Diploma Architecture ideally with an internship or previous experience.
• Second preference – Civil Engg. – With experience of 2-3 years in Architectural firm in drafting. ONLY Drafting Architectural drawings experience will count
• Site experience will not count.
Skills and Proficiencies
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related software
• Excellent architectural knowledge, and architectural drafting
• Fair understanding of Structural drawings
• Experience producing construction documents
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
• Good English – Listen, Read and write skills
• flexible, ambitious and able to work across a range of project types and work stages”
