Position Overview: Ileseum Clubs is looking for a talented Junior Architect to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have min. 2 years of experience in architectural design, specifically with a focus on master planning, clubhouses, and sports amenities. The Junior Architect will assist in all phases of design, from conceptualization through construction documentation, and will work closely with senior architects and designers to bring creative ideas to life. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in the design and development of architectural plans for master planning, clubhouses, and sports facilities, from concept to construction. · Prepare and produce high-quality 2D and 3D design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and renderings. · Collaborate with the senior design team in developing creative design concepts and visualizing ideas through sketches, models, and digital renderings. · Create realistic 3D models and renderings using software such as SketchUp, Lumion, and V-Ray to effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders. · Participate in client meetings, taking notes and assisting with presentations of design concepts and progress. · Develop detailed construction documents, including plans, details, and specifications in AutoCAD and other design software. · Research materials, finishes, and construction methods to ensure feasibility and alignment with project requirements and design intent. · Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and environmental sustainability guidelines. · Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and engineers to ensure accurate execution of design concepts. · Assist in the preparation of project proposals and design presentations. · Maintain a strong focus on design quality, accuracy, and attention to detail. Key Qualifications: · Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. · Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on master planning, clubhouses, and sports-related amenities. Skills & Expertise: · Proficiency in AutoCAD for technical drawing and documentation. · Proficiency in SketchUp for 3D modeling and rendering. · Strong knowledge of Lumion and V-Ray for creating high-quality visualizations. · Proficiency in Photoshop for rendering post-production and presentation materials. · Basic understanding of building codes, construction methods, and material applications. · Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. · Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams and clients. · A passion for design, innovation, and staying updated on architectural trends and technologies. Additional Skills (Preferred): · Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling) platforms (e.g., Revit) is a plus. · Familiarity with sustainable design practices and energy-efficient architecture. · Previous experience with sports facility and clubhouse design is an advantage.
