Roles and Responsibilities of the Architect (B. Arch Degree required):
( We require candidates from Mumbai, western suburban area)
Location: Malad West
Experience: 6 months to 5 yrs experience
Review and design architectural and engineering plans.
Candidate should have adequate data base of supply chain
department in terms of Material procurement at best rate from the
market as well as Civil/Labour contractors who are willing to work
Pan India and help in timely completion of projects.
Experience in designing, coordinating, data maintaining and
execution of Greenfield (i.e. Open land) and Brownfield (i.e. already
constructed premises) projects of size between 10,000 to 1,00,000
sq. ft.
Ensure all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety
regulations.
Research and maintain knowledge of various engineering disciplines,
application methods, and materials.
Ready to meet clients online/offline for first meetings
Monitor the work of other Architects and making recommendations
or scheduling workshops as required.
Provide guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and
electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications.
Liaise with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
Ensure the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
