We are seeking a talented graphic designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual communication and a strong foundation in design principles. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content for a variety of mediums, including print, digital, and social media. You will work closely with our team members to understand project requirements, follow brand guidelines, and contribute to the creative process. Responsibilities and Duties
Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, logos, banners, infographics, social media posts, and other marketing collateral based on project briefs or client requirements.
Follow established brand guidelines, including colour schemes, typography, and visual style, to maintain consistency in branding across various platforms.
Prepare design files for production, including creating print-ready files, optimizing digital graphics for web use, and providing necessary specifications to printers or developers.
Assist in revisions and edits to design materials based on feedback from team members or clients, and work iteratively to refine designs until they are finalised.
Stay updated with industry trends, software updates, and best practices in graphic design to continually improve skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team.
Maintained files and project documentation in an organised manner for easy retrieval and reference.
Support other design-related tasks, such as photo retouching, image sourcing, or creating mockups to support the overall design process.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & other design schools.
Solid understanding of design principles, including layout, colour theory, typography, and composition.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Portfolio of previous design work demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
