You’re early in your Business Analyst journey and excited to dive deeper into the world of SaaS and web-based software. You’ve got a knack for understanding what users need, translating that into clear documentation, and making sure software works as expected. You’re curious, organized, and ready to grow with a team that will support your development.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify business and functional requirements.
Create user stories, workflows, and process documentation using tools like Lucidchart or Miro.
Assist in validating features through software testing and feedback loops.
Help ensure that delivered solutions align with documented requirements and client expectations.
Work within and support solutions built on monday.com and other SaaS tools.
Participate in team standups, internal planning, and solution reviews.
Learn and grow within a fast-paced, supportive environment focused on SaaS implementations.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in a Business Analyst, QA, or similar role (internships count!).
Familiarity with SaaS products and cloud-based web software (bonus if you’ve worked with monday.com).
Experience documenting requirements, user stories, and business workflows.
Exposure to software testing and bug tracking.
Comfortable communicating with both technical teams and non-technical users.
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working remotely.
Bonus: Experience with tools like Lucidchart, Figma, Miro, or Jira.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
