We are looking for a Junior Copy Writer to launch new ideas and get fresh perspectives to our team. You will devise the concepts for various projects, monitor its progress and take it to its logical execution. You will be able to implement your creative copy writing and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the clients. The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.
This role reports to the Creative Team
Responsibilities:-
• Collaborating with account managers and team members to discuss briefs.
• Write event campaign copy, long form blogs/web content and anything else that the brand may require. Eg: Print/Intranet engagement campaigns/ video scripts etc.
• Plan long-term employer brand strategy and write copy that leads to the desired objective.
• Plan digital campaigns and promotions (Internal and external platforms) backed by relevant market research.
• Strong ability to present concepts and proposals to internal/ external team members.
• Develop content and theme presentations.
• Lead brainstorming / creative sessions to generate ideas as well as execute them.
• Experiment with new content formats that can be utilised for client pitches, client briefs and new partnerships.
• Ability to work with a team in a time-bound environment.
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Outstanding organisational skills.
Qualification:-

• Degree in Journalism or equivalent experience
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of creative writing experience in agency.
• Research capabilities
• Language skills (English)
