To be successful as a customer support executive, you should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a professional appearance. These skills will prove invaluable when mentoring the representatives in your team and mediating with customers. An outstanding customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.
Responsibilities:
• Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards
• Action-oriented, self-disciplined, and organized
• Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
• Excellent comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and address customer issues appropriately
• Excellent composition skills - ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses
• Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows and Google.
• Excellent Communication and typing skills
• Should be a self-driven, motivated, and task-driven individual who can learn fast and operate with minimal support from the Manager and Lead.
• The ideal candidates will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment. They will be creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for excellent customer service.
Requirements and skills:
• Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
• A female candidate is preferred for this role.
• Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
• A bachelor’s degree, any stream
