JOB ROLE
We are seeking an innovative Marketing Executive BTL (Below the Line Marketing) to activate brand promotions on the ground to help retail stores with increased footfalls. In this role, you will be required to plan & execute BTL activities as per the budgets at each store locally with focus to improve awareness about the brand and drive footfalls into the respective stores. You will be required to do field visits to ensure effective execution of the BTL activities.
An outstanding marketing executive will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Responsible to executive communication, offers & creative for BTL collaterals with approvals in place
• Responsible to map all BTL activities regionally & locally over calendar and allocate to respective executive to generate maximum footfalls.
• Responsible to perform and manage on ground teams for activations (RWA) to ensure brand visibility and maximum reach to the target audience (Activities like: pamphlets NPI, kiosk pamphlet distribution, co-promotion with local retailers like pharmacies, look walkers, mike announcements through e-rickshaw or other modes, banners on the back of auto rickshaws, local celebrity/influencer engagements, theatrical skits in marketplaces, engagement activities with local schools, corporates etc.)
• Responsible to generate daily reports of activity planned & executed. Weekly reports of footfall or sales generated by each activity, store wise. Monthly reports of footfalls/sales store wise and justification of ROI (as per budgets)
• Willing to travel frequently on the field to monitor, planning & execution of BTL & Royalty brand activation program.
• Responsible for Agency Management and local outsourced executives/bodies related to marketing activities.
• Responsible for allocated budget management & category marketing management.
• Ready to Work with other departments to get camps and few other activities arranged.
• Responsible for the execution of Modern trade, store branding activations along with onsite demo of the different products category.
• Regular market visit to get the new ideas for marketing and communication.
• Other duties & responsibilities assigned from time to time.
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Candidate should have good communication (Written & Verbal)
• Presentable and knack for creative communication
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Willing to extensive travel on ground to monitor and implement BTL activities respective to each store
• Experience of working with retail brands performing BTL marketing activations
• Good with excel & spreadsheets to maintain reports
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Required Qualification – Any Graduate Preferred
Work Experience - Min 1 Years’ Experience in BTL Marketing
Gender Preference - Male
