Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the senior design team to understand project requirements and develop creative solutions
• Create designs, graphics and layouts for various marketing materials including social media, email campaigns, websites, brochures, flyers, and other print materials
• Collaborate with the team to develop visual concepts and designs that align with project goals and timelines
• Ensure that all designs and layouts are aligned with brand standards and guidelines
• Create and edit images and videos as needed
• Manage and maintain project files and assets
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a high level of quality and relevance in designs
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design skills
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team to develop and execute creative solutions
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Experience with digital media and social media design is a plus
