• Maintain and organize design files, ensuring they are easily accessible for future reference.
• Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to internal teams or clients.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and complete them within established deadlines.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and content teams, to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
• Support the design team with various administrative tasks, such as organizing design resources, coordinating print production, and managing project timelines.
• Stay flexible and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in graphic design or a related field (or currently pursuing a degree).
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Proficient knowledge of design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Basic knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
• Creative mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and incorporate it into design revisions.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus but not required.
