Overview:
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the design team by creating visual content that effectively communicates the organization's message. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of design projects, ranging from print materials to digital assets, and contribute to shaping the visual identity of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency across all projects.
• Support the creation of digital and print marketing materials.
• Assist with photo editing and retouching as needed.
• Contribute to brainstorming and concept development.
• Participate in team meetings and provide design input.
• Follow project timelines and meet deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
• Assist in maintaining the organization's visual brand standards.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Contribute to the overall team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
• Knowledge of design principles and best practices.
• Ability to take constructive criticism and implement feedback.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Understanding of print and digital design processes.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work and projects.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Experience with photo editing and retouching is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Passion for design and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
