What You'll be Doing
• Strategic Account Alignment: Design and execute event strategies that directly support engagement and growth within top-tier strategic accounts. Partner with Sales, Account Management, and ABM teams to align event plans with account goals and pipeline objectives.
• Event Strategy & Execution: Lead the planning and execution of flagship tradeshows, third-party conferences, and executive experiences that advance strategic account objectives. Oversee logistics, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-brand, high-impact delivery.
• Pipeline Generation: Develop event programs that accelerate the sales cycle, influence pipeline creation, and deliver measurable ROI across key verticals and strategic segments.
• Brand Experience & Storytelling: Oversee onsite brand presence - booth design, messaging, activations, and experiences - ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints. Collaborate with Product Marketing to bring our brand story to life through compelling thought leadership, content, and event narratives.
• Thought Leadership: Identify and secure high-impact speaking, sponsorship, and partner opportunities to showcase Observe.AI's deep expertise and leadership in the GenAI and CX markets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing to drive unified messaging, maximize ROI, and ensure measurable outcomes tied to pipeline and account engagement.
• Measurement & Optimization: Establish clear event KPIs and continuously optimize event performance to enhance reach, impact, and ROI.
What You Bring to the Role
• 8+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or field marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Proven success designing and executing event programs for strategic accounts.
• Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles and how events drive engagement within key accounts.
• Deep expertise in trade-shows, sponsorship strategy, executive programs, and customer experience events.
• Exceptional project management, stakeholder alignment, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; able to connect creative event design to pipeline and revenue impact.

Salary Range
The base salary compensation range targeted for this full-time position is $144,000.00 - 175,000.00 per annum. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and equity (in the form of options). This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices.

Role Summary
The SAP S/4HANA Material Master Management Enterprise Solution Architect is responsible for defining, designing, and governing enterprise-wide material master data solutions across SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems. This role ensures harmonized data models, robust governance, and scalable architecture that supports business processes such as procurement, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, finance, and analytics. The architect acts as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders, master data governance teams, and technical delivery teams, ensuring material master data is accurate, consistent, compliant, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
• Define end-to-end enterprise architecture for SAP S/4HANA Material Master, including integration with MM, PP, SD, EWM, QM, FI/CO, and external systems.
• Design global material data models, classification strategies, and numbering schemes aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Establish best practices for material types, views, field controls, and extensibility (custom fields, Fiori apps, APIs).
• Ensure alignment with SAP Clean Core principles and S/4HANA extensibility standards.
Master Data Governance & Strategy
• Lead Material Master governance strategy, including data ownership, stewardship, lifecycle management, and approval workflows.
• Define and enforce data standards, naming conventions, validation rules, and quality KPIs.
• Architect SAP MDG-M (Material Master) solutions for create/change/extend processes.
• Support data compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, auditability, regulatory reporting).
Integration & Data Management
• Architect integrations with upstream and downstream systems (PLM, SRM/Ariba, MES, WMS, 3PLs, analytics platforms).
• Define data replication, synchronization, and error-handling strategies using SAP tools (MDG, DRF, AIF, CPI, IDocs, APIs).
• Support material master data migration and harmonization for S/4HANA transformations, rollouts, and mergers.
Program & Stakeholder Leadership
• Act as enterprise authority for Material Master design decisions across projects and releases.
• Collaborate with business process owners, IT leadership, and global/regional teams to align requirements and priorities.
• Review and approve solution designs, ensuring consistency across landscapes and implementations.
• Mentor functional consultants, data architects, and MDG teams.
Quality, Performance & Innovation
• Ensure data performance, scalability, and usability in high-volume, global environments.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, Fiori UX enhancements, and advanced analytics.
• Stay current with SAP S/4HANA roadmap, MDG innovations, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
SAP & Technical Expertise
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Material Master (MM) data structures and dependencies.
• Strong experience with SAP MDG-M and enterprise master data governance frameworks.
• Solid understanding of S/4HANA integration technologies (CPI, APIs, IDocs, DRF).
• Experience with S/4HANA data migration approaches (e.g., Migration Cockpit, ETL tools).
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori UX and extensibility concepts.
Architecture & Leadership
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Enterprise Architect in large SAP programs.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, compliant SAP designs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at executive and operational levels.
• Experience working in global, multi-country SAP landscapes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP experience, with significant focus on Material Master and S/4HANA.
• SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP MDG certifications preferred.
• Experience with large-scale S/4HANA transformations or global rollouts highly desirable.
