Job Profile: Graphic Designer & Video Editor
Job Type: Full Time (Monday to Saturday; 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM)
Qualification: Graduate Preferred; Professional Diploma in graphic designing/ motion graphics/ video editing.
Preferences: Female employees only
Language Preferences (speak, read & type): Hindi, English, Punjabi

Software Knowledge:
Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere/After Effects, and Advance knowledge of adobe creative cloud would be an advantage.
Skills Requirement:
Minimum 06 - 1 years experience in Graphics/ Video creation and editing.
· The candidate should be a Graphic Designer with skills in Product Packaging Design, Social Media Posts, GIFs, Short and Long Videos, Product Explainer Videos, Video Editing, and Animation.
· Passion for design and the evolution of the interactive user experience.
Work collaboratively with other designers and the client to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception.
Proficient in designing all types of print and social media creatives, Gifs and short videos
Should have profound knowledge about technicalities of Print and digital media designs.
Ability to understand the client brief and create the design based on the conceptualization and the client brief.
Ability to produce significant works in short timeframes; manage time efficiently while multi-tasking across different projects and clients.
Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the visual design field.
· Preparing, Converting, editing, and posting Images/ videos as per the mandates shared for Online Store and Platform partners.
· Attention to the details/ content and text incorporated in the design before sharing it with the client.
· Should have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, meeting deadlines and keeping client and team in the loop with the current status of the work assigned.
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas; Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Amend designs and videos after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
What They Will Do
Designing visual content for digital applications
Designing and layout of materials for internal communications and engagement
Editing YouTube videos
Designing and layout of essential business materials, social media posts, internal communication posts, videos, GIF,s etc
Creating infographics and presentation materials to simplify the communication of complex concepts and data
Editing video clips for use on social media platforms
Working autonomously and developing high-quality concepts with minimal instruction
Managing timelines and prioritizing of workload and knowing when to ask for direction
Assisting team in developing and executing communications plans
Providing technical support for design- and video-related efforts
Optimizing graphics and video content for social media platforms
Maintaining organized content files and helping to organize and archive existing video and graphics files
Other duties as assigned
What they need to have:
Strong visual communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex concepts and data through images
Familiarity with best practices for graphics and video content on social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
Freshers can also apply. Portfolio displaying samples would be a must
Strong command of English, Hindi, and Punjabi writing (typing) for creative designs. We provide design creatives in these languages. Knowledge of writing in English, Hindi, and Punjabi is a must for creatives.
