About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. Your primary role will be graphic design, creating smart, engaging visuals across retail, digital, and brand platforms. Your secondary role will be 3D support: using Blender to bring our retail concepts and experiential ideas to life in 3D mockups and renderings.
This is a role for someone who loves design in all its forms, thrives on collaboration, and wants to grow in both 2D and 3D.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
Design across formats: print, digital, retail, and presentations.
Build creative within brand systems and push them further with fresh ideas.
Create Blender mockups/renders to support retail and experiential projects.
Collaborate with senior creatives to brainstorm and develop design concepts.
Support pitches and presentations with polished visuals.
Stay inspired, share ideas, and contribute to our culture.
What You Bring
2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in an agency/studio environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Working knowledge of Blender (our 3D tool of choice).
Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Curiosity, adaptability, and eagerness to grow as a designer.
(Bonus) Motion design experience is a plus.
