1. Help deliver on design requirements. 2. Understand the design idea and concept. 3. Pitch unique ideas for design projects. 4. Collaborate with the senior designer and Content team to produce the final product. 5. Use the best design methods, applications, software and techniques to work on the project 6. Create drafts and models for review. 7. Take on specific tasks to support many projects underway. 8. Take in constructive criticism and produce quality work.
Candidate Profile:
Required Skills: 1. Prior experience as a junior designer. 2. A good portfolio of past design and creative projects. 3. Expert with design software and editing tools. (Adobe Illustrator Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, etc) 4. Good command over design techniques and visual elements. 5. Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills. 6. Teamwork skills. 7. Creative thinking with attention to detail
