Job Description
1.He/she will handle and responsible for all interior designing activities at group level.
2. He/she will visit to market along with Director/team for selection of interior material and
finishing items.
3. As per direction of management he/she will plan, design and supervise designs
activities.
4. He/she will prepare quotations for the clients and fix the meetings - need base.
5. He/she will prepare proposals for design work including 2D, 3D and materials
required.
6. He/she will prepare the layout for sample flat and give presentations to Directors.
7. He/she will prepare BOQ as per the requirement / clients with the detailed selection
of materials from the catalogue and market survey.
+. He/she will be coordinate with vendors and get the best negotiated quotes.
10. He/she will ensure the projects completes as per specified timelines to clients.
11. He/she will provide proper guidance to client regarding detailing at site and the
final product.
12. He she will ensure that all deliverables are sent within agreed time and as per
expected work standards.
13. He/she will understand the company’s current products and future concepts of
modular and turnkey work.
14. He/she will visit and attend various exhibition in and around with us for exploring
the latest trend of design and materials and update to Directors.
Skills, Experience & amp; Education Qualification
Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Interior Designing.
Prior experience 1-2 years in residential and commercial / Interior designing.
Knowledge of functions and industry trends, Customer expectation,
Capabilities
Highly creative and imaginative / High Customer Commitment
Good in convincing

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
