Job Description
We are looking for a competent Jr. Logistics Coordinator to oversee and facilitate the domestic & international supply chain operations of our company. You will be the one to coordinate personnel and processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.
Basic Criteria
Gender : Male
Qualification : Bachelor of Commerce. Degree from a technical college also acceptable.
: Diploma in import/export management would be preferred
Prior Experience :
1-2 years. Preferably someone who has worked in Chemical Logistics &/or Chemical Import-Export.
We don’t mind a candidate from other industries but only if the candidate is really good.
Mandatory Conditions:
Candidate should be fluent in verbal and written English and must speak clean English
- Candidate must be willing to travel to our office at Masjid Bunder (West) 6 days a week.
- Candidate must have knowledge of imports & exports procedures, customs/ bank/insurance, documentations and formalities.
Ideal Skills Needed :
- Candidate is able to stay organized & juggle multiple projects at once
- Candidate has “ABILITY TO WORK ON THEIR OWN & WITHOUT INSTRUCTIONS”

Import- Export function
•Shipping documents to be sent to clearing agent
•Uploading of payment documents
•Booking online airway-bill for courier
•Co-ordination with foreign Suppliers / Team
•Review paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees
Logistics function
•Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
•Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
•Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities & requirements
•Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
•Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve mutual satisfaction
•Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
•Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
