Job Description
Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain data from various sources such as sales, inventory, and production.
Report Generation: Assist in generating periodic reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics using MIS software.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies, and provide actionable insights to management.
Database Maintenance: Ensure accuracy and integrity of data stored in the company's databases and information systems.
System Support: Provide technical support and assistance to users of MIS software, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to senior MIS personnel.
Process Improvement: Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the MIS department.
Documentation: Document procedures, workflows, and best practices related to MIS activities for future reference.
